Yep. My company had a summit last week and this pretty attractive BW who just entered into one of those pity “diversity & inclusion” roles. Had the strongest smug face.
We had to go over partnership details and her face never changed. I tried cracking a joke and she was attempting to smile, but it was almost as if it hurt her to smile. I’m like.. “it’s okay to lighten up”
But that’s probably why the company hired her, to use her anger or her “hurt” as a gatekeeper for the company and ward off people.

This woman I know is 5’3 , a good 200+, constantly post ‘N ain’t shyt’ memes, single, and 33 y/o posted how she hates KS. It was a few others just like her chiming in.
“He hates women!”
“who is he to say women aren’t good enough!”
blah blah blah.
So I commented and told them they’re more than welcome to call in to his show to voice their opinion and they did all this talking about how they wouldn’t dare talk to him.
I told them I knew they wouldn’t call because he would tear them to shreds and them fat heauxs got my account suspended

Watched the whole thing. He was chiming in every 15 seconds, barely lets anyone finish a sentence. Extremely child-like TBH. The White dude who wasn't wearing the hat/bandana actually left early & you can tell he was just tired at a certain point. He even had to check Donovan lowkey & state he wanted to hear the women complete their answers with no interruption. Dude was moving mad combative when it's clear sometimes, you make your argument stronger when you allow people to articulate themselves fully & dig a hole for themselves.
This will be the best 30 minutes of your day. Absolute classic takedown.

So what can we do about this? I can only think of entrepreneurship, but everyone knows how hard hard that is to succeed in, but I refuse to let these birds think they’re better because they’re getting handouts.Well companies rather put BW in these positions because 1. They aren’t a threat and 2. You hired a black person / a woman. Now they feel they are “diverse” and the company that is “keeping up with the times” and overcoming racism & it’s also the same reason why these companies like MasterCard / Tech donate to BW more.
So when this happens, BW are looking at BM like ... “I’m getting to the bag, why aren’t you?”

Facts.. The problem is men are afraid to break the wall and adapted this "go with the flow, I'm too cool to be bothered" approach and don't wanna look like aggressors. We adapted the stoic persona out of fear of being judged as being "beta or too emotional and weak" and the results is all of this fukkery we have going now.
Plus alot of men in power positions with big voices done bowed down and scared to say anything because they gotta pander to these bytches for the bag.
We gotta combat alot of these images and disrespect.. I don't agree with everything Kevin Samuels, Tariq Nasheed, Jason Black, Boyce Watkins, Locario, AMS, Sophisticated Arrogance and others say but we need dudes like that in the front to speak up.
