Eeh, I think that's debatable. DAMN doesn't have the same linear structure that TPAB has but its themes and message are just as strong, if not more, than TPAB.

Which is still crazy to me, like I literally don’t get it lol..
Kendrick is the only rapper to win a Pulitzer..period, above all of these other legendary rappers and classic rap albums that have defined and shaped the genre, and instead of giving it to TPAB, they give it to the only Kendrick Lamar album that you can say sounds generic, I’m not saying it’s a bad album, but it’s easily his worst imo, and Is the only one of his albums that sounds like just a collection of songs and singles rather than a carefully crafted album like his rest

Lol I never understood this. They prop up Kendrick with his Pulitzer, but it's his worst (still great) album that won the Pulitzer. Shouldn't that invalidate any credibility in that award? TPAB is the more profound album in every way outside commercial singles.

DAMN is right up there with his previous two.
Just because it's looser and less conceptual doesn't mean it isn't as good. I think it's his straight up most fun album to listen to. I have to be in the right frame of mind for TPAB and GKMC. DAMN is just banger after banger, while still having incredible songwriting and high level production.
To me DAMN is the work of a rapper who has mastered the art form and doesn't really need to prove anything. It reminds me of Hov's The Black Album. It's just effortless greatness.

Kanye yesterday, probably did exactly what you said. They'll give a binder full of what they found to Kanye tomorrow.....who will promptly drop it into a shredder in front of them, before picking up his phone to tweet something wild, drawing a bunch of outfit ideas on a napkin that will go on to resell for thousands when he eventually releases them and yelling at someone to book him a football stadium.
