to my knowledge he just mentioned that r kelly was also abused. this is the same reasoning psychology will teach you about how cycles continue and the same reason why courts will mitigate a prison sentence. as far as logic based rights, seems congruent to me. but most people lack nuance

i guess that's why they say kendrick is so smart.... something that goes over heads sounds simple on surface, but then you think about it and realize the level of emotional intelligence

To even suggest such a thing is an excuse and shows empathy to Robert Kelly. There are Plenty of people who are abused that do not go on to abuse others, particularly under age children. For an artist with his platform and magnitude to even suggest his abuse lead to who he became is irresponsible and unsympathetic to those victims. Then mention Oprah in the next bar as to put the two on the same plane. Smh
