Is Lupe rapping about the projects on Day Dreamin better than Prodigy on Streets Raised Me? I like Daydreamin and the concept but as a kid who grew up in the projects it doesn't give me the feel like Prodigy's lines on Streets Raised Me:

The song title alone lets you know what the song is about, its not a crystal clear as a song called swimming pools about drinking. And that's part of lupe's charm and a reason people don't get him. The over all theme of the song is to paint pictures of his life and thoughts on a track used as a mural for the listeners.
When an artist paints a picture of what might appear to be random things you don't go oh wtf is this picture about its trash he's not painting a story or its doesn't have a point

First: I posted the P verse for edification purposes. Shows that you don't have to be overly complex to craft an amazing verse. Kendrick verses and songs have already been posted over the past few days to show the same. It takes more skill to do what P did on that track than that overly complex for no reason shyt Lupe does.
Second: That's not prime P. Prodigy at his best was Infamous through Hell On Earth years. He still was dope on Murda Muzik but not at the level he was prior.
