Does Okada have the it factor to get over with the WWE universe and become a top guy tho? I’m not questioning his wrestling ability but he’s gonna have to talk and do more promos than he did in NJPW.

This is a misconception about NJPW imo. Every wrestler there does a promo after every match backstage. And they have press conferences for their big shows like it's the NBA Playoffs.

Plus whoever closes the show usually gets the mic to address the crowd if he wants to.
