Karate Kid part 3 made no sense

Winning a tournament just means you won a trophy.

It does not mean you have a title to defend.

Like becoming a golden gloves champ or winning an olympic medal. You're done, you have nothing to defend.


For me Part 1 is a classic. Even if Daniel is kinda douchey. Part 2 Expands on Miyagi's lineage and culture so I gotta fukks with it. But part 3 was shameless. It honestly should've been more heartbreaking, like Miyagi dying.

Either way, it should've been the masters last hurrah, instead it was a cheesy bow/hug ending segment. Sidekicks did it better, even though it was a horrid movie.

It was and maybe I’m looking out of nostalgic glasses cause if they woulda went to Africa and Daniel was taking a Nigerian chick while sonning all the locals I’d probably have an issue ...

I just think the final fight in part 2 was better than in part 1 and as a kid that’s what I liked

It was a fun movie and it has the GOAT Mako in it, but it just didn't hold up to Karate Kid.
