-hip hop always been bout fashion. russell simmons, phat farm, maybe? :comeon:
-kanye always been on to speak his mind and approach topics with some sense, even when he rants
-his passionate about what he believes in and he's stern in his beliefs
- naw, he's just doin' him and bein' himself. not every brother is a "super thug".
- oh come on now :mjlol:

The "Kanye is Kanye, and that's alright cause he's Kanye" defense.

not even close.
Kanye is one of the biggest names in music...let alone Hip Hop.
His impact is much larger than Waynes....just go to their shows and see how they view their craft.

I know it's not even close...cause Lil Wayne sold a million records first week, in the worst climate for hip hop albums we've seen in 25 years.

and Lil Waynes impact is far larger and more expansive than Kanyes....

i wouldn't say kid cudi is an emo usher, 2 different artists. however i will say he's an artist who has this certain niche him that works. he's got his own distinct lane.
I know, i was tryna equate him to an r&b artist who sings:pachaha:

But yeah, Kanye is one of the greatest

Im at work bumpin Yeezus right now.

I feel dumb for hatin on this album:wow:

i keep sayin' that album is ahead of it's time. it's so far left field that it went over a lot of heads. but the lyrics are some of his hardest and the stripped down sound of the majority of the album is on point like a muthafukka :whew:
