Using that precedent, a federal circuit court struck down a business loan program for black women-owned businesses because it was tied to race. The same group that sued to get affirmative action overturned is now using that precedent to go after any other race-based program. So please tell me how a race-based reparations law would stand up to this Supreme Court? The bill is dead on arrival because the courts will rule it unconstitutional based on recent precedent.

It's a Senate Bill, (SB-554) which was passed by the State of California to help illegal immigrants get a high school diploma or GED, they use undocumented immigrants, different wording but it's still illegal immigrants.

California Senate Bill 554 is a law enacted in 2019 that expands dual enrollment to include students attending a noncredit or adult education high school diploma or equivalency program.
