I agree and thats why she does her weird laugh when the question is brought up.Let's be clear, the reparations discussion is going nowhere until black people organize from the bottom-up instead of top-down.

Like they did with the affordable care act they said it was a Tax so technically you can tax everyone and distribute money as Block grants but you'd have to holla at the Ways and Means Chairman about that.
