I think the point is that no American politician will offer us reparations. That forming a political stance over something that will not happen is a foolish venture.

Or can keep hedging our bets on racist whites giving us money.:yeshrug:
The amount of things our ancestors believed will not happen, did. It's an insult to their efforts to not demand reparations for what they suffered.

Keep in mind, we are asking this of a woman who herself is descended from enslaved people. :francis:

Perfect example of a Democrat right here.
"You ain't getting it, shut up"
You're damn right I'm a democrat. If you are a republican why are you hounding democrats for reparations and not republicans? And if you're an independent then you should be hounding both not just democrats.

Why didn't reparations pass in California? Gavin Newsome and the whole California Supreme Court is Democrats

Patricia Guerrero Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of California is a Democrat

Associate Justice Carol A. Corrigan of California is a Indeterminate

Associate Justice Goodwin H. Liu of California is a Strong Democrat

Associate Justice Leondra R. Kruger of California is a Mild Democrat

Associate Justice Joshua P. Groban of California is Strong Democrat

Associate Justice Martin J. Jenkins of California is a Democrat

Justice Kelli M. Evans Of California is a Democrat

These negroes on thecoli are either scared negroes or democrats turn outs....

They live in a fantasy world where it has to be blue on 3 branches for reparations, meanwhile all Dems are throwing Negroes to the bushes. And they see the shyt and still support the blues.

They scared negroes

People who don't directly answer the question before talking through relevant and irrelevant streams of thought need to tell you all you gotta know.

An opportunity economy does not equate to reparations for a specific group of people, especially if those people are asking you about reparations.

"I mean let's talk about..."

:francis::francis::francis:
We can ask Trump 'bout reparations, but Trump ain't gettin' a majority of the black vote.
Kamala is, and she's been dismissive towards the issues specific to black people during her 2020 run.
Obama started babbling when asked about reparations too and y'all selected him twice.

I mean lets stop the cap No president is gonna push a button for reparations. Either you get a two third majority in both houses or you get nothing full stop.

Has either candidate taken a clear articulated position on ANYTHING :why:
I wish the debate would have pushed Kamala to explain how she's going to implement some of the ideas from her platform like the grocery pricing stuff and the housing stuff

Anyway, back to reparations....it's getting to the point that ADOS Democratic voters are saying asking this question is disingenuous and an attempt to ruin the election for Democrats. If we're at that point where it's basically zero pressure on Democrats to even engage the topic then it's probably time to move on to another plan that they might actually consider. Like asking her for specifics around the stuff she's actually willing to speak about
That debate was to rally women and black women. These 2 selective groups are fiends for propaganda and identity politics.

Black women and black are easily manipulated, but guess which one is the most manipulated? It ain't black men.

All black women get off on believing they are the warrior type to fight against white men. That's their fantasy in corporations, govt and social interactions...to geaux head up with white men and tell them off.

They are just bidding time until the immigrants gain another 10-20 million and they no longer have to talk to black folks.

If you don't see the play, your vision is terrible.

This is the last election they think black people will have any sway in.
Jill Stein is talking about Reparations and y'all ain't backing her.

I mean you're acting like Black people have all this political power now. There's still Black people walking around who grew up drinking in different water fountains.

Not telling you to vote democrat and shut up. Vote Trump and see if he could hold back the tidal wave of immigrants.

I believe america was still 25% Black until the white immigrants came in at the turn of the century.

what would've been a better answer that doesn't cost her the election?
Address the studies.
Wouldn't cost her the election to address the studies and say how it could be part of the opportunity economy she keep talkin' 'bout.

assuming you are black, why would a black candidate talking about reparations with black people cost her the election?

:jbhmm::jbhmm::jbhmm:
If policies specifically for black people to help black people are so dangerous they cost a candidate an entire election... that's probably a form of racism.
And that's probably a form of racism coming from... nonblack people.

What exactly is an opportunity economy in the land of opportunity?
We can check back and prove how black people have been economically deprived and how this deprivation allowed other groups the opportunity to economically benefit from black people... but reparations for black people will cost a candidate an election...?

:jbhmm: :jbhmm: :jbhmm:
I think this election will cost black people more than whoever loses.

This.

You got to get your women on code before you try to get outsiders on code.

FBA women care more about access to abortions and Gays than Black Men,

If your c00n Class is more than half of the population you need to wait for the reset.

scared of numbers.

The Black Liberation Army decided to be the vanguard of the Black Liberation struggle. A Black woman in Brooklyn snitched on them.

I guess she thought these nikkas think they're gonna take over the US government by clapping a few cops???

Let's be clear, the reparations discussion is going nowhere until black people organize from the bottom-up instead of top-down.

Not voting for her is not punishing her.
It's sending a political message to both parties about empty rhetoric toward black people. It's not waiting for the reset, it is the reset.

Go ahead and Demand it. I Demand Reparations too. That's different than getting it.

Getting it requires leaving the Plantation in our ancestors case.
