She can't, half this shyt she's running on has no chance of getting passed
Someone highlighted how one of her promises around making unions stronger was something Biden already promised and he couldn't get it done :russ:
That's par for the course with campaign promises though.
That's what I'm tryna figure out. How u make a landlord lower rent when property taxes and utilities only going higher.

I just looked at Trump's plans and it's actually worse.

Sounds like basic logic
Sounds like you're new here.

Those policies don't disproportionally affect us by mistake. It's actually the opposite: other people get caught in the web meant for us by mistake. Deal with one, three more heads of the hydra pop up. Which is why literally handing us and only us money is the only way to deal with the problem of undoing a slave caste.

But no one wants to do it and yall scary nikkas won't even politely request it. 'A rising tide lifts all boats,' but what if you can't even afford a boat and you just floating? Nothing good.

What does coli democratic advocate @I Really Mean It make of all of this?
Her not speaking on reparations and all????
You gotta vote blue no matter who and pull yourself up by your own bootstraps. The government won't save you but they sure as shyt will make your and your children's lives that much harder. Personally I would say do what I did and learn to code but

The Indian lady is gonna do everything in her power to flood that marketplace with immigrants and make it harder for Americans to get those kind of high paying jobs. She will also suppress the wages of those jobs by removing the scarcity from that skillet

Not new here. And what you’re saying doesn’t negate what I said. It’s just a difference in perspective and desired approach. Just because you think things should be handled differently doesn’t mean her approach would be ineffective. Furthermore, what I described isn’t an apples to apples comparison of “a rising tide lifts all boats.” We’re not talking about lifting ALL boats. We’re talking about finding the bodies of water, so to speak, that are disproportionately filled with boats full of black people and raising the tide there.

It is my opinion that targeting policies is much easier than targeting populations, specifically when that population is black people, who half the country still believes should be treated as second class citizens. The reason I believe that is because most of the population is too stupid and/or uninformed to understand when a policy will disproportionately benefit black people unless someone spells it out for them, which will make it more difficult to challenge.

Wait… if that’s the case. How is it any different than only supporting someone if they promise reparations? Or do you think a reparations bill would be easier to pass than the stuff she’s proposing? Legitimate question, btw

Kamala has said in an interview that she believes that if you target policies that disproportionately negatively affect a certain group, then that group will benefit the most from those changes

I think shes probably right. But it would be based on funny math versus real change. And I believe the democrats know that. If you take people that has nothing and give them a little bit of something. Of course mathmatically the growth numbers will look massive and impressive. Its just like how black people were able to make a such a leap when it came to the wealth gap during the the reconstruction era:respect:

Not sure what you mean with the bolded part above, I never said anything about reparations.
Kamala has already said, multiple times even, that she's not doing anything specific for black people. Democratic presidential candidates don't want to touch that topic with a 10ft pool so not only does it have 0% chance of ever being passed Democrats consider it a poisonous topic to even TALK about

I made an assumption about reparations, so I’ll speak more generally. But my point is really that if you think things that aren’t even specifically for black people don’t have a chance to pass, does it make sense to criticize a politician for not being willing to present “black only” agendas? Black only policies would clearly be more difficult to pass than anything she’s presented thus far. It’s just sounds kind of contradictory

0 shyt for black folk ......

#drjillstein2025

what policy do you envision for black folks that if passed wouldn't immediately trigger a lawsuit by republicans and conservative organizations and appealed to the supreme court so it can be ruled unconstitutional?

have you been paying attention to the black farmers relief program or any policy/program thats specifically designed to benefit black people?

I'm not saying your demands aren't without merit or anything like that, i'm saying there's more than one way to skin a cat.

jill stin is a russian stooge
