It’s confirmed as the last film of the current DC movie universe that started with Justice League War. Superman: Man of Tomorrow is the next film they are releasing, but it’s an individualized story with new animations and characters. I’m assuming that the credits will give us an idea of where they will be headed next.v

I think that they are going to go with the individualized story route for now and then decide if they want an overarching theme/villain again or not.

Yeah, that's it. I think they gonna go with random, individual films for another year before finding another generation of new animators and new voice actors for the "Rebirth" era of the animated films.

Oh nah you HAVE to go brighter ala Rebirth there's no way they think fans will be ok with seeing the amount of devastation that happened and no light at the end of the tunnel

Yeah, and The Flash is gonna remember everything bad from the "New 52 era" and do everything to prevent another Apokalips War from ever happening again. The New 52 era was literally breaking the 4th wall and saying that it was an experiment that failed, and forced to do a reset.

I hope it resembles more like Bruce Timm's work, something fresh and inspired since he's now semi-retired from animation since he getting up there in age.

There is no light at the end of the tunnel brah. Even though they got rid of darkseid they were still fukked. Only way to fix it is to reboot shyt and deal with darkseid all over again

They better use their other resources like New Genesis, Dr Fate, the other lanterns of the spectrum like the Blue and Purple ones, and even other Kryptonians like Supergirl or even General Zod to deal with Darkseid again.

Kids and teens today have ADD and poorly drawn characters that resemble nothing like real life. Or close to comic books. Back in the day, you had cartoons like GI Joe, Batman TAS, etc that had characters drawn realistically. Today, these cartoons look weird and lacking imagination.

That's why Bruce Timm ended JLU in 2006 and went to DVDs, cause the market changed

Here is my theory about the new 52 Animated Universe

All this shyt went to hell because this timeline’s version of Superman was a idiot who made bad decisions. Plus he wasn’t as smart/strong/noble as other universe versions of himself. So he had nothing to rely on without his powers.

My other theory is introducing Damien in this universe made Batman more focused on his family and that kept him from calling this version of Superman out for his stupidity and taking the team over.

The perfect example, Superman planned the attack on apokalypse that consisted of them all flying there on a boom tube so he could fight one on one with Darksied. That shyt was stupid.

Word. Like....why try to invade Apokalips?? Especially without the assistance of New Genesis?? I rewatched it, and The Flash and Luthor wanted to at least scan the place. Supes just wanted vengeance, and it costed him everything.
