My longest was around 26 hours I think, did multiple 24 hours, everything above 20 makes you feel like a superior version of yourselfTrying my first 36+ hour fast, feelin good so might go 48 depending on how I feel later
I want to get back into fasting but I have this thought I might regret the combination with my workouts, I started crossfit in February and I need the protein to recover in time for my next session.
Ima shoot for the 48, I feel good 
All my workouts are low impact so ima knockout a 5-7 mile walk to get my 10k minimum steps in and a chill 30 minute gym session doing planks instead of resting between sets

Knocked the 48 out. I got hella sad at 42 but thugged out the last 6 drinkin water and watching the Lakers slap the Grizzzlies
