Started on Monday, so this is day 3. Been pissing like a champ. I'll weigh in on Sunday to see any noticeable results on the scale.

This weekend will be my big test, because I love to drink some damn alcohol while chillin watching some games. But I haven't felt the urge to drink during the week so far.

If you still tryna lose weight that Keto diet definitely works. I lost mad weight and didn't do ANY exercise. I'm back on it now but I've added an exercise routine. I been sore as hell but I know it's gonna pay off.

Eat most your daily carbs in the morning then lift after that and you wont notice much of a difference working out long as you are eating good portions still

most people starve themselves on keto not knowing you can eat as much as you previously did you just replacing carbs with other nutrition



as far as water

ive been off the wave but I created this thread around 2 years ago when I was on the wave heavy

a gallon a day isnt required for this, the recommendation is half a gallon

but if you can do a gallon :manny:

tips for anyone who wonders if they drink enough water

The gallon of water, helped me visualize how much water I actually need to drink a day. I really thought I was drinking enough, but I wasnt even close. I recommended even just 1 day buy a gallon of water and drink half of it. If you struggle to drink half of it, then like me you wernt getting your actual daily intake of water.

I'm starting friday no alcohol :francis: all I drink is water so that aint a issue and I still got loud

I'm a slim cat I weigh 164 I want my abs chiseled like a sculpture for the summer :takedat:


That gallon a day will have the sculpture action in motion. If you really want to go ham, look into keto

On to day 2. The most immediate benefit I noticed from day one was that in general I was more alert and last night I caught some of the best sleep I've had in weeks. :ehh:

Suppresses the appetite too, but that was likely to be expected.

Lot of pissing though :russ:
