I’m saying. Dude must have been extraordinarily reckless. I drink 98% water most days and have 1 alcoholic drink 2-3 times a week. Cutting out alcohol and drinking water probably won’t make a significant difference.20 lbs in a month?
How much alcohol were you consuming daily?
Also, what did you normally drink besides liquor? Soda? Juice?
That's an insane amount of weight to drop so rapidly.
