What did you feel like was “maintaining” those extra 20lbs? The booze or the sugary drinks or a combo of both? I know you have some folks who literally will not touch a drop of water all day, which is hard to do even with a fukkin Brita in the fridge. I recently cut meat outta my diet (no homo) for now and I’m on day 14. Trying to stretch it til mid June and I’ve noticed some small changes but I know it will take a while to really see anything drastic.
I just started this. Already drank a gallon and I piss clear urine. And feeling a lot less sluggish. When I recover from this injury, I'll hit the trendmill bike and start burning the unnecessary pounds.
Do y’all drink ice cold water? I need my water to be lukewarm.
Not sure if it's related but I'm day 4 of this and also day 4 of headaches first I thought it might be caffeine withdrawal but I've gone through that before when I drank way more coffee and it didn't take that long.
After that found out it can also be a sign of too much water. Cut down on the water yesterday (still no other liquids, just didn't actively pursue the gallon) but woke up with headaches a again
Didn't take any painkiller for it but this shyt is making it hard for me

i also only drink water...been doin it. i mean, i'll have some gatorade...or something without corn syrup in it...but 98 percent of tha time i got that evian.

yes while working first shift (no coffee or pop...whatever the fukk else nasty shyt yall be drinking as soon as you get up)
yes while eating (wtf lol)...pizza an allat.

yes even while drinking alc (mouth gets dry)

i love water and drink it 247. used to need a taste to it...but i forced myself to drink only water cuz i had bad acne and wanted to see if it helped. now i just drink the shyt cuz i love it and its free and its tha best. nikka id fukk water if i could.
Finished day 4. I think my bladder is adjusting now.
Observations so far:
- Water really does hold off hunger. I used to not believe it because I drank a decent amount and I was still hungry, but when you drink a gallon, you ain't eating breh.
- Am I the only one who feels like his metabolism has shot up? Everything is running through me. I took 3 sh*ts in 24 hrs
