My birthday coming up
Ima wild out for 4 days straight then I'm making major changes in my diet and lifestyle
Not extreme as your "water only" program..but water and milk..throwing soda, juice and liquor in the bushes
Junk food and sweets going in the bushes too
Calisthenics every morning

I need to make this happen
It's now or never

I’m lost. Did you drink water and eat no solids? If you did actually eat food, what was your diet? I feel like this vital piece of info is missing. Either way, well done.

Started off gallon a water a day, no alcohol, no other liquids entered my body.

I cut sugars to a minimum and watched my salt.

Started keto in week 3-4ish along with light cardio.

I had a few sugar meltdowns along the way which was fine since i was flushing my system every day by consuming a gallon of water a day.

Not sure if it's related but I'm day 4 of this and also day 4 of headaches :sadcam: first I thought it might be caffeine withdrawal but I've gone through that before when I drank way more coffee and it didn't take that long.
After that found out it can also be a sign of too much water. Cut down on the water yesterday (still no other liquids, just didn't actively pursue the gallon) but woke up with headaches a again:picard:

Didn't take any painkiller for it but this shyt is making it hard for me

How'd you drink 1 gallon a day? Did you carry a gallon around? I love water so this challenge would be pretty easy.

Another question I got is, should I drink more than a gallon since I'm like 6' 280lbs?

Yes I carried a gallon jug and committed to killing it everyday.

The rule of thumb is drink half of your weight in ounces minimum - ie: 280lbs = 140 Ounces. / 200 lbs = 100 Ounces

I’m scared of the caffeine withdrawal

A nikka head be hurting and cranky

Where do the 5 hour energy shots land on the drink spectrum? :jbhmm:

Not daily but a breh be crashing and needing help.

Once you start doing a gallon a day, you won’t need the 5 hour energy

A gallon is too much breh shyt

Are you against dairy or do you substitute with almond based milk :jbhmm:

I should preface this by saying I drink coffee everyday. And drink a sugar free Rockstar every work day In addition to my coffee.

On one of my days off I didnt consume any caffeine and went to bed, woke up head hurting, stomach nauseous, made a cup of strong coffee and it instantly went away.

After that this thread was made and I said "fukk it". I drink out of an 800ml Mason jar. 5 of those is over a gallon.

It's wayyyy easy to do. If you're running to the bathroom every 20 mins then chill for an hour on drinking.

And when you drink you don't need to chug it. Enjoy it. Take some sips.

I haven't had a caffeine withdrawl yet and I want to say the last time I had any was Friday.

I like the taste of coffee so I will be going back to decaf but in gonna ride this water only thing out til March 5th and see how I feel.

I haven't felt tired at all and honestly have been sleeping better. The sleep has been better but what I like most is when I wake I'm not groggy.

That's scary. Are you measuring how much you drink?

I had a bad withdrawal last week which when I saw this thread prompted me to give it a shot.

One day im going to have to withdraw from caffeine since it was real bad last week and I drank something coffee to cure it, I figured I might as well plan for it and prepare for it.

I went a little over 24 hours without caffeine and woke up from sleeping with a bad headache and nauseous. I started drinking just water regularly and in place of caffeine and haven't had any withdrawl symptoms thus far and it's been since last Friday.

Never make decisions out of fear. Always choose love or progress

I had the same thing, the headaches go away after a few days and then you're in the clear.

No benefit will come without a tad bit of uncomfortability. Don't be a slave to bad habits, lets go!

The good brehs of PHI
I was inspired to start this challenge today myself. :salute:

I did it! A full gallon of water :whew: was running to the bathroom 6-7 times but seeing clear urine for the first time in like forever was nice.

I felt FAR less bloated than usual and more energetic at work.

My neighbor brought some brownies cuz I just bought a new house and I was tempted like a MF. Ate one :francis: But still about to head to the gym and run on the treadmill.

Salute. :salute:
