I don't know why this thread motivates me but I'm going to give it a shot.
I don't have anything to lose.
It will break my addiction to caffeine. I drink 16 ounces of maxwell house out of a keurig K-cup everyday. It's not even the caffeine though, I just love the taste of coffee. I just do straight black with a little milk to lighten it up so my teeth don't look British.
I know my addiction is bad because when I don't drink it, it takes about 48hr then I get a headache and my stomach gets nauseous. It was so bad last week I went to sleep at 10p and woke up at 2am dying. Head was bumping stomach felt like I was going to throw up. I made some coffee and within 2 sips I was better.
I don't want to be a fiend for any substance. I have drank in years and I don't do drugs.
Let's get out of our own way and get to it

Halfway through day 2. Last night I'm pretty sure I pissed 10 times in the span of 2 hours.
Hell yeah its gonna be rough in the beginning but the peeing tapers off as long as you’re consistent

The water thing isn’t hard at all. I haven’t had any soda/juice/etc in years outside of mixing with alcohol. I drink water all day everyday.....

I keep a gallon in my car and a gallon at my apartment
