We're in the middle of a historic run with Jokic that The Culture will look back upon as one of the greatest runs ever...

The weight is mounting though, it's going to come. He has his horses back now, they have to start being annual title contenders---->and I believe they will be. He's in Y8 with an improving and still young squad around him. Those of you who don't like him may be in for a long stretch of disappointment until he stops playing at this level...

What's really funny is how people will compare him to Giannis moving forward, both in present and historically. The gap isn't that big. At all, if there even is one. Jokic has been more consistently great in the playoffs. Jokic has elevated inferior rosters around him more...

Giannis gets initial support for that championship, cool. Waiting to see him do it again without all the breaks he caught two years ago. Cats can say we're waiting on Jokic to do it once, Jokic has been the only constant on a roster plagued with injuries. Their situations haven't been the same...

Realistically when you really think about it, Jokic’s masterful performance in last years playoffs in that hard fought 5 game first round battle was more impressive than Giannis’ finals run…casuals think he was getting subbed out in clutch possessions down the stretch because the dubbs were violating him on defense…but it was really because of the Herculean effort it took to get them there, he was exhausted

You saying some wild stuff 🤣 but I do think Jokic has more impressive feats on his resume than Giannis. I also think there is only the narrowest of gaps between the two as players...

nuggets are obvious favorites to win the chip this and probably for the next 5 or so seasons….we’re witnessing the greatest offensive player of all time in his prime right now….bar minimum we should see a Warriors-esque dynasty in Denver…wouldn’t doubt they threaten Chicago's 6 in 8 years
We know what you're doing.

Stop it.

Let’s just simmer down and take it easy a bit.

He's taking the props Jokic is being given and context of his losses and making a satire of it. It's just has to be sensationalism/race-driven instead of the player just being that good.

:why:

Who else should be the favorite to win the chip than the GOAT at the peak of his powers. 3 consecutive MVP winners have always historically led dynasties, Bird and Russell’s Celtics have like what 14 championships between them? We’re witnessing a dynasty before us

True but it requires context and reflection. He’s having a prolific run but we need to chill with the hyperbole.
What context do you need? He is the most offensively skilled center the game has ever seen.

And this "run" is on year six and he is leading the MVP race which will give him three-straight.
