Today I learned:

A black man calling a black man a gorilla is too much but calling each other nikka is perfectly fine
You been knew this dumb ass c00n. It’s a reallson why we don’t call each other monkey and shyt. We totally took over the word nikka and made it something totally different. While racist use monkey to disrespect us. Duck eating faggit

Weren't they also sparring partners? As you know there is a level of brotherhood in engaging someone in combat. It's sacred in some cases, I think that he thought maybe Ali was his brother at first then realized maybe he wasn't?

nah they never sparred..but they were cool..they were tight..esp during the exile when frazier would loan him money and supported his stance on the war..but when ali switched it on him and didnt really let him on it, joe took offense and ali doubled down on it and bam...hatred

I wonder what this says about the ability for black people, black men to respect each other. At least on the coli the responses are divided. A thought experiment perhaps.

LMAO and there is the hypocrisy. People will die on the hill to say nikka. Never understood it. Maybe because my parents both born in the deep south raised me not to use it.

And that's not c00nish behavior. Just because I don't agree with my people throwing that word out everywhere doesn't make me a c00n

That sound good. But yea I was born in the Deep South like a bunch of others and we don’t have a problem with it. Or really care how the generation before us feels about it. We took the power from the word and now they have to come up with new ways. So don’t anybody cage what bout where your parents from or what they taught you.

Calling another black man a gorilla was disrespectful as fukk. There’s hyping a fight and then there’s making something personal. It hurt Joe immensely that Ali took it there. A lot of people even back then took offense to what Ali said. It wasn’t necessary.

Chill sensitive breh. It's just the dozens :mjpls:

Isn't that how we justify saying similar things to black immigrants :mjpls:
