A year after uprisings took place for a change in how policing is done in America, a plead to stop police brutality and to put money into social programs instead of giving police tanks and rocket launchers, the narrative has changed to put more police out there lol.

Hope he addresses the police aspect of this as well, but I won't hold my breath. Can't speak for everywhere but here in Philly the police barely enforce anything, and even with murders they have a 40% clearance rate (police get nearly 1/5 of the city budget).
