Im not Maga or Trump at all. However Biden is gonna possibly lose in a landslide. He just hasnt been a great President . Add the fact he is gonna be 86 leaving office at end of 2nd term doesnt help. No 3rd party candidate has a real shot. 2024 is either Desantis,Trump or a dark horse candidate who suddenly rises thru polls and becomes President. Alot of folks are more then likely sitting this one out. Low key I think Democratic primary is more important then the election. Democrats gonna make sure old Joe wins. An "non-profit" that doesn't have to disclosure major donors and set the tone of elections.Biden and Harris were both the leading nominees within the primaries. Folks didn't want them but voted overwhelmingly for them.

the downward spiral of our political and economic system into one of fascism could have been delayed somewhat had biden actually followed through on some of what he promised when campaigning in 2020.
if they got rid of the filibuster and stacked the courts, voting rights protections would have been strengthened. there wouldn’t be a judicial audience for most of the challenges to his student loan forgiveness plan. qualified immunity could have been overturned or severely weakened to the point police departments had no choice but to rein in their officers. environmental protections that this current supreme court has chipped away at would still be intact. this is just a handful of what could have happened had biden kept his promise about the courts.
but biden and the democrats did nothing to curtail the chances of fascism rising, because both parties are actors in a stage play written and directed by the corporate state. the media, which has long been compromised, will never hold biden to account.
both parties are finished, imo. much like what occurred in weimar, germany, before hitler assumed complete power, the traditional parties - conservatives and liberals - will diminish as the public grows increasingly hostile to them. when both parties have receded, the vacuum that’s left will be filled by a far right fascist.
it may be desantis, but i believe it will either be trump or someone from his circle that he anoints, possibly marjorie taylor green. desantis isn’t that intelligent and he lacks trump’s media savvy.
this person will appeal to aggrieved white males who feel marginalized by this system. this individual will scapegoat black people, jews and illegals. there will be an uptick in mass shootings targeting those groups. paramilitary groups like the proud boys will see a resurgence.

I have some time before the election to sit back and listen a little before I start gently encouraging all my good Brehs to stop the Republicans.
Voting is free and very easy. There's no downside to voting. If you think there's another way to stop these monsters, you do that AND vote against them.
