the "POC alliance" is a farce. Unpopular opinion but Asians are more racist than white people in my honest opinion, they just more quiet because they don't want retribution. Black people are like a permanent underclass in California (if you exclude all the athletes, actors and entertainers). I've lived in both San Deigo, Pasadena, and Santa Clara (silicon valley). In San Diego I've seen Mexican contractors push out black people. While in silicon valley you won't find any black people because these Asians only hire their own. A general rule of thumb is, the more Asian an area is, the less likely a black person is to get a job there . I'm currently studying computer engineering and got two internships under my belt. After I'm done with school in two years I'm moving back to the east coast

I can answer this question because I get to see it live (I live right outside of the apple campus in Santa Clara county). My current neighborhood is nothing but FOB Indians and their families. A lot of them were brought here on these visas. The tech companies are essentially trying to get skills at a discount. They also think it's easier for these workers to integrate into the company's "culture" (a lot of Indians work at these companies already).

It's not the fact that we hate immigrants. I'm an immigrant myself you goofy. It's the fact that Indians in particular take nepotism to a whole other level. If you lived in Silicon valley you would see what I mean. At least Cacs are more willing to hire black people compared to these racist Indians and Asians.
