Not surprised at all. His mechanics were all messed up last night. Needs to rest his shoulder.

I have shoulder tendonitis and used to pitch. When I had inflammation in my shoulder I would always jerk my fastball and curve wouldn't break. Saw that exact shyt from Nova last night.

Man I knew it. Now he on the DL with inflammation to his rotator cuff, exactly the reoccurring injury I had. Hard to throw breaking pitches where u have to turn you wrist as well as an accurate fastball because of the pain. He needs a cortisone shot and to lay off it for a few weeks, then rotator cuff exercises. I'm sure yankee staff will take care of it.
