all of em are in high A. Out of that group, give em 2-3 more years which is convenient for the team because that's when the turnover will really start for the team. The change right now immediately will come from the pitchers (Pineda next year, Banuelos middle to late next year). IMO I think Betances gets dealt in the offseason for a RF stop gap for Swisher.

Does Betances even have any trade value left should of traded him long ago.

Nah not really. I guess he can be moved though for a bat in the offseason. Anyone can at that point.
Ichiro will be 40 and likely won't wanna return to the Yankees.
What the Yankees can do is find another Swisher/Nady-esque player through trade. They're not hard to get. You just have to hope you struck gold.
