I thought I heard he wasn't expected to pinch hit at all but if they feel comfortable with his hitting then I understand the roster spot if not then I'll question it.

Girardi has to have the balls to pinch hit for swisher / grandy etc last year I feel he really managed us out of the series .
Cano like last year has to take what he's given . Once they started pitching around him he got himself out pass that baton.
Now do you pinch CC , Andy then kuroda knowing he's much better at home ?

There has to be a deep deep reason why team cant make adjustments in big spots.

Hopefully they'll steal game 2 but there's a good chance this team will get swept out of the playoffs.
