I don't know what he recommends, what his regimen is, but whatever he be suggesting gets these guys hurt. Too many instances like this

It was only a matter of time with Cole. I wasn’t anticipating him make it thru this season unscathed. I figured he would go down for the season at some point. Just wasn’t sure how early it would be.

Was hoping he could get to mid May. Oh well

We’re really not gonna see Gil until July or August and might not see Cole until next year after Mother’s Day with no timetable for Stanton either and it isn’t even Saint Patrick’s day yet

Cole thought he could skate by Tanaka-style and avoid surgery in perpetuity.

G can shut it down too.


I just hope everyone can finally dead the "we need to win now. Judge and Cole's clocks are ticking" crap. It's over. Now they can do the right thing and pivot and actually focus on player development. The one part that sucks is that Chase Hampton ALSO needed TJS and at this rate woulda got a look. Instead there's gonna be a lot of searching for the next Aaron Small/Shawn Chacon to fill the voids if/when anyone else gets hurt.

This year is about

Volpe, Wells and Schmidt taking the next step and the Martian taking the first step and maybe even Jones.

There's a real possibility that Goldy, Williams, and maybe even Bellinger are just rentals til the deadline.
