SV was founded by PHds and its centered around Stanford and the bulk of the worker bees have college degrees, if you want to have a black SV you need black PHds, you need top level schools and you needs vast amounts of college educated workers aka worker bees, black people are lacking in all those things that is why there is no black SV

Do you know ANYTHING about how businesses are started? CLose to 75% of them are from people with WORK EXPERIENCE. You can't just start some of these businesses without knowing what the fukk you're doing in the first place.

And to transition to the C-suite you bring in either MBAs or folks who work their way up.

But c00ns like @Poitier wants to cape for dudes like Bill Gates as the shining example, when there are THOUSANDS of other examples to the contrary of people who worked their way up and used connections to start businesses with their own niche. Both of which included schooling and evolution.

You can't become an entrepreneur without the skills to actually understand what business space you're working in.

Thats why lawyers can create their own firms with very lucrative but specific niches of the market that only those educated about the field can appreciate.
