Nope, being alive, isnt enough to justify living a comfortable life in my opinion.
They should adjust base pay for their employees on the cost of living in those places and not a normalized rate that works for higher paid employees.
JPM is a company in a position to calculate what it cost to live in a place. It's a primary function of their business.
It shouldn't have to be mandated by law. The company shouldnt need to be forced to do what is right.

True. Once there is a problem though all people can do is look for a way forward. Out of those three the woman is in the least advantageous position to fix the problem. Common sense would tell me that the other two would have to step up to the plate to address the problem they contributed to in order for it to become better.
