How many Small Business Owners make 40 million dollars a year and could easily take a
pay cut, retire wealthier than the vast majority of Americans AND STILL pay their employee's more ?
My field is awesome, my entry level pay was higher than $16.00, my company is a very large, multi-billion dollar company
but despite that my C.E.O. is one of the lowest paid ones in the entire country. And when I say "Multi-billion", I mean tens
of billions of dollars, YEARLY.
For some reason it's better to be beholden to your shareholders and promise profits that you can't hit without sacrificingBecause a company that makes billions can afford to pay their employees more money.
