Its at almost 4 dollars, you think it’s gonna go back up?Increased my position on AMC stock after this news caused their stock to tank a bit.
Now I wait
its for theaters not studios
but seriously.. how does this sound
change ALL spots to a mini home theater for rent with about 10 seats reg and a 25 seater for party rentals.. flat fee with soda and popcorn included... hot food and candy is extra.. especially in the is climate.. its just you and you family in a theater... but it brings back the appeal and can be the new gimmick to get people back in theaters
I'm glad it's included as a benefit of my job via HBO.
I mean AT&T owns Hbo so you are paying?AT&T Fiber customers get it for Free 99.
HBO Doubling down on they ass!!! Putting their nuts on the table!
and now you attract more customers to AT&T.Not exactly free.... It's AT&T. They still gettin your money lol. It's all AT&T.

Thanks for confirming...my biggest complaint about HBO max is the total lack of 4k content. Can’t wait to screen WW1984 in 4k HDR on 120” screen come Dec
Indeed, but that's also an overlooked part of this. It's layers. It entices people to get AT&T internet and cell service.
People don't think AT&T execs crunched the numbers before making this move.
Yeah that’s good for them but movies are usually financed by several investors( or product deals)when the budgets start getting really high.
So not having these in theaters all over the world does nothing to recoup their investments unless AT&T is going to buy them out which means all the risk is on them
Chris Nolan killed cinema
It's the one thing he didn't want to happen
The President of AMC Theaters seems to not be living in the real world with this statement:
Aron said AMC Theaters is already in an "immediate and urgent dialogue" with Warner Bros. He also said the theater chain is confident that incoming COVID-19 vaccines will make it easier for moviegoers to return to theaters safely and with peace of mind.
