Moving is very expensive, even if you try to bootstrap it. Then to put all that faith into 1 job
On top of that it's not easy to get another job in the area if it doesn't work out. Alot of companies hate hiring people who just moved to the area
I don't see what people were thinking when they did that especially considering the pendulum was always going to eventually swing back in favor of the employers.
