Why is everyone concerned about hitting the gym on this site? You can do push ups, pull ups, jog, sit ups or whatever the fukk without hitting the god damn cooperate gym with all the other tools..

Yeah, eating healthy makes a huge difference.
Oatmeal, a banana and water with a small cup of orange juice or maybe just some yogurt and a granola bar for breakfast is the truth! A tuna pasta salad for lunch and maybe some baked chicken with some broccoli and a baked potato for dinner is the truth too!
