Why is everyone concerned about hitting the gym on this site? You can do push ups, pull ups, jog, sit ups or whatever the fukk without hitting the god damn cooperate gym with all the other tools..

Especially if you live nearby a park, mountains or lakes.:lawd:

Nature is mans natural gym.

Since I saw a tranny in my local gym I only frequent it once a week to lift, swim and use the sauna.

Trannys freak me out.:merchant:

Oatmeal, a banana and water with a small cup of orange juice or maybe just some yogurt and a granola bar for breakfast is the truth! A tuna pasta salad for lunch and maybe some baked chicken with some broccoli and a baked potato for dinner is the truth too! :win:

Once you experience how it feels to be "in shape" versus :flabbynsick: there is no reasons to let yourself go, shyt is addictive mayne. Especially when you begin to see results, so now you have the great feeling and sensation of being "in shape" complimented with the visuals of progress....cot damn :ahh:

The hose packets are ok but I enjoy eating like the kind Wal-Mart sells; Wal-Mart's brand of "Great Value 100% Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats". I only add like a little bit of sugar to mine, like a small pinch of sugar. And sometimes I add blueberries too! :ahh:

i usually go to the gym on campus between class and eat a light breakfast before i go. One morning i ran out of fruit and i stopped and got a McGriddle meal:snoop: i got in the gym and was feelin:damn: way before i normally do.

went back to eatin healthy meals and been in the gym feelin like:cape:




good look on that walmart oatmeal tho. bout to cop some when i get off at 4:myman:

Hey brehs, what kind of yogurt do you all like?

I just tried this kind out Yoplait's Thick & Creamy Vanilla and Yoplait's Peaches N Cream and they are both really great. :blessed:
