You gotta have balance...normally during the week I eat a lot of fruits and veggies but on the weekends I get :demonic:

Just ran pickup for 2 hrs at the gym feeling :ooh:

But tonight it will be pizza and wings watching the NBA :ahh:

Agreed. Weekends are the worst but Imma fukk up something good for dinner bc the game on :noah:

i had to take the plunge myself, it is right by my job and my job pays some of the cost, best decision i made, i am still not where i need to be, but i am getting there.

Why is everyone concerned about hitting the gym on this site? You can do push ups, pull ups, jog, sit ups or whatever the fukk without hitting the god damn cooperate gym with all the other tools..

I had a banana, apple, grilled chicken breast, green beans and 2 bottles of water today and I don't feel like shyt :lupe2:

Any other day, I'll eat pizza, sour cream and onion chips, coke or ice tea and other junk food :scusthov:

I got to continue this because my body just feels fresh or some shyt :pachaha:

Your body is like a car engine. It needs the right fuel and to be taken care of just right.

When you get in shape and perfect your diet you will very rarely ever want to eat junk food - except for the occasional treat.:eat:

Also, the placebo affect kicks in. Im eating healthy, therefore I am.:myman:
