Breh.. I got both a core server and gui vm setup, everything I do in the gui I do via PS on the core server :yes:

I heard them SCCM boys make bank... there's so much shyt to learn and so little time, my brain is like :feedme:

I'm about to stack up on experience points and free certs :lolbron:



Getting interviews is basically down to just how creative you can get with your resume.. just don't put anything on there you're not comfortable with or can't explain thoroughly on the fly.. Once you get an interview it's all about how well you can sell yourself as a good fit for the company.

You might not realize it but you got the game figured out :wow:

As long as you stay focused you might able to take the cert game further than I ever could :wow:

And yes them SCCM cats be eating :eat:

Here's a JD that I got a few months ago. It pays $75-85/hr :wow:
Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Working knowledge of networking protocols and components including TCP/IP, DNS, CIFS.

• Experience designing and implementing High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions.

Scripting experience (Batch, WMI, VBScript, Powershell).

• Experience working on a matrix team consisting of a variety of Infrastructure Engineering groups, as well as Development groups and Client Relationship groups.


Travel Required:

• Travel less than 20% of the year


Certifications: preferred

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)

A HS diploma, 5 years of exp, and 1 cert is all you need to be making 175,000/yr :brehwow2:

Primary Duties:

I know I'm bout to sound like a n00b, but I thought AD was just setting up security groups. For every Qlikview deployment, we just send a ticket to have people added to an AD group, or have on created. Good to know people are eatin on that side of IT.

AD can be very complex. You can log into your Facebook account with your AD account if you set up a few servers (federation). And it's not just "AD" now. There's AD FS, AD CS, AD RMS, AD LDS, and probably more. Not to mention all the applications that require AD to even work (exchange, system manager, and sharepoint).

In most large enterprises, AD touches damn near everything. Like Qlikview for example. They made sure to include native support for Active Directory.

6 figure 6 certs 6 series big figga nikkas i need some help. My wife works for montefiore IT teaching Epic systems and said she can possibly get me in there but i have no IT experience at all besides downloading pirated music movies and porn!

What are some certs can get me in the door. I plan to go back to school for the shyt on there dime if i get in
