For a second I thought he was going to go back to Issa without giving Tasha a chance, but then that curveball hit.
Was he planning that the whole time, before he even made the call to Issa?

I'm really impressed with this show. Amazingly consistent throughout the entire season, I can't even point to a weak episode. I also think the length of each episode was perfect. Can't wait till next season.
