Their aggressiveness is in the absence of an actual battlefield environment. They don't even know whst it feels to be shot at. They don't know what a gunshot wound looks like. The first time they encounter that will be wild for them. Their commanders and officers don't know the stress of making decisions while people are dying. You gotta be kidding me. Thinking lack of experience is a benefit doesn't match up with what history has taught us about war.

To be fair, a war against a country like China with 500 nukes won't really be fought with fancy fighter jets, tanks and boots on the ground soldiers.

Hundreds to thousands of nukes would fly in both direction the second they engaged with each other and declared legit war.

U.S would still "win" because we have x10 the amount of nukes, but 400-500 nukes hitting U.S soil would absolutely decimate our country.
We're talking 10-20 nukes hitting each major city, our crops, etc. Both nations would be annihilated within an hour of war declaration.

It'd be the definition of a Pyyrhic Victory (at best) and both countries would be a wasteland no invading soldier would want to step on nor would be able to step on. Any fighter jets that happened to have been deployed would have no base or aircraft carrier to land back on either.

It'd be decades of nuclear winter, that may even get to a point where the survivors wish they were hit by even more nukes so they wouldn't have to go life like they're living on Mars.

Take nukes out of it though and U.S definitely going to wipe up China.

Realistically though, they'd never fight a war like that: nukes would be the primary, secondary and final option.

Military strength must include nukes. They aren't there sitting in a museum. Modern nukes.

If it came down to that then he's right because China in world war is letting everything go and everyone else will as well.
