Celtics owning the Sixers without a dominant scorer but we keep saying we need a star to be competitive. Look what Brad Stevens is doing without their superstars--Hayward and Kyrie. We should never lost the series against the Philadelphia Mental Midgets. :francis:
Philly was hitting bullshyt shots against us but Philly has two #3 draft picks playing for them.

Tatum is a better scorer than every player on our team except Wade when he's in the zone.

But he's a rookie so you know Riley would trade him, Rozier, and Brown for Dragic :mjlol:

Celtics are better than we are. Y'all are overrating our team.
It shouldnt be either one of them. Send TJ whiteside and our 1st round pick we get back this year

Why would someone trade for TJ and Whiteside? That's 40 million dollars tied up into two players that aren't even scratching "superstar"

Thats why riley would be sending 1st rd picks again. If we cant get shyt for them then its the coach and the system that goes and stary from scratch until they expire

I'm watching 3 young players abuse and take advantage of the same Philly shooters that were embarrassing us :francis:

Simmons looked like an unstoppable force against us and looks pedestrian against them.

But who cares that the Celtics are pulling this off with 3 players on ROOKIE CONTRACTS, under the age of 24, and that they DRAFTED which allows for massive cap flexibility.

But you know...why wait for "kids" to show out when you can put your fate in the hands of career journeymen, G-League standouts, and getting meetings with whales that choose far better teams :mjlol:

And we still got 2 more rings than them over the last 10 years and LeBron bout to sweep them :troll:
Yeah Tatum is the future but they won't be able to keep everyone once their rookie deals are up and it's time to pay them. Same deal with Philly these cores aren't staying together when you gotta dole out massive 2nd contracts to multiple top 5 picks. Can either of them win a chip in the next 2-3 years? I honestly don't see that happpening. So yeah their futures may look "brighter" than ours but it don't mean shyt without rings to show for it:yeshrug:

I know Pat has to be bothered by the Bos vs Sixers series and saying to himself, "We should have won the first round". :hhh:
Baring any injuries, bothe the Celtics and Sixers should be good for a long time. Kyrie, Tatum, Horford and Hayward should keep them either atop or in contention for the next 5 -6 years. Sixers are the up and coming super team with Embiid, Simmons and once Fultz is healthy it's gonna be lit. We just didnt have the personnel to stop the Sixers. THe key is stopping Simmons and we didnt do that.

Heat Mulling Whether To Trade Hassan Whiteside
MAY 7, 2018 11:45 AM

Pat Riley is currently mulling what to do with Hassan Whiteside this offseason.

The Miami Heat re-signed Whiteside to a four-year, $98 million in 2016.

According to Barry Jackson, "there is strong support among numerous people inside the Heat to trade Whiteside."

The dissatisfaction with the partnership appears to be mutual with both sides preferring a fresh start.

“He had a bad year this year,” Riley said.

The Portland Trail Blazers and Dallas Mavericks pursued Whiteside during the 2016 offseason.

Like anyone would want that horrendous contract. :mjlol:

He needs to be mulling which young player he's going to have to move in order to trade whiteside, Winslow or Richardson.
