young talent with star potential >>>> young talent with role player potential. thats the biggest difference. Tatum, Brown, and Rozier are all better than Winslow, Richardson, and Johnson

Brad Stevens is a great coach, but he also has better TALENT to work with, very young talent, but talent is there.

He’d be a solid coach if he just made good rotation decisions with the lineups he uses and his substitution patterns.

If spo was coaching the celtics, they woulda scored 4-5 points in the last 6 minutes and lost in regulation

I don’t think a good coach would’ve made a difference in 2014 personally. The team was clearly running on fumes and just didn’t have the legs at that point. 2011 on the other hand should’ve gotten him fired. We had two shooters rotting on the bench while two guys totally incapable of putting the ball in the basket started.
