Poetical Poltergeist
Precise and cold hearted
Rises is good in chunks but Nolan tries to over complicate all his plots. TDK too, trying to cram a bunch of shyt in that isnt needed.
Holdup though,i thought he quit cuz he was being a symbol and because the city got cleaned up because of Harvey and Gordon.....i just thought he quit on life because of his girlfriend being murdered if I remember right.
I wont let yall convince me Rises is bad...I liked it better than Returns actually, agree with the action though and batmans fighting skills....They need to get dude who did the John Wick movie to help them out, those action scenes...matter of fact just let Keanu be Batman too I actually think he would be pretty good
Always thought it was funny how Nolan Batman could only be bothered with the mafia/ league of shadows and could never fight no other crime
Gordon "hey batman we just had some crazy muhfukka with clown makeup knock over a bank maybe you should check up on that"
Batman: "he can wait "
You'd think he'd have learned by the third movie not to take any criminal lightly but then he just quit lol
Initially it looks like he quit because of the dent act (although they specifically state that the dent act didn't wipe out all crime just organized crime so in this world batman is cool with people being mugged or shot or raped) but as the film progresses there is dialogue that implies he hung it up also because of Rachel and he didn't know how to go on
close thread. The Dark Knight Rises dropped the ball massively though.
That whole film was a clusterfukk and as years go on it feels more and more weak.
If crime is down Batman would have to be very lucky to be patrolling a big azz city and just so happen to run into sumbody being mugged or raped...neighborhood watch can handle that bullshyt
It made sense when that shyt was everywhere even tho it kindve didnt...he dont have supeman ears, sight or speed...reducing batman to george zimmerman status patroling a peaceful gotham is just
But that's what Batman does breh. He goes on patrol. He stands atop rooftops. His whole goal and the reason why it's fruitless and impossible, is to make it so that no little boy has to suffer the same thing he suffered which was a random act of violence. He's not just concerned with the big threats he's also concerned with what happens to the little guy
So.... I'm the only person who liked Rises more than Dark Knight?.. interesting.
Nah. Alfie was doing what good homies do. He saved Bruce from himself.i dont like the fact he was only batman for 2 years and took 8 years off............ alfred should of given bruce that letter
Would he be doing it if he didnt feel like gotham was a complete shythole and sumbody had to do it tho....aint that the whole reason he becomes batman?cuz police are corrupt, dont care and unqualified to handle the workload?
Gotham has always seemed to be a fuked up place,so whos to say batman would never quit if he could...and how come comic fans dont care about different versions of batman in the comics but it cant b no creative licesne in the movies...second time he retired he left robin in charge
So.... I'm the only person who liked Rises more than Dark Knight?.. interesting.
Batman arkham origins was more engaging then the last batman film.
