Word. I was just watching JLU and Bats was smooth and witty af without cracking a smile. Like every time you saw him go one on one with someone bigger/stronger you knew he had something up his sleeve. I never felt that with Nolan's Batman
Word. Even in that last fight with Bane, you could argue he never really got the best of him. OR you could argue that he was so stupid that he didn't think to attack the mask as opposed to throwing body shots to a guy who clearly could eat the punches with ease

he recites that terrible dialogue "No. I came to stop you" and then proceeds to throw more body shots at the guy and then all of a sudden remembers to target the mask and in the end, the ONLY reason he "beats" bane is because Catwoman comes and shoots him off screen. Batman in Nolan's movies isn't a detective as much as he's a guy who just falls upward and lucks out. He's the Kramer of superheroes

I didn't like how 2Face/Harvey Dent died so easy either. He can survive that car crash with no problem but can't survive weak ass drop?The way they took out Bane

...I liked it better than Returns actually,agree with the action though and batmans fighting skills....They need to get dude who did the John Wick movie to help them out,those action scenes

Initially it looks like he quit because of the dent act (although they specifically state that the dent act didn't wipe out all crime just organized crime so in this world batman is cool with people being mugged or shot or raped) but as the film progresses there is dialogue that implies he hung it up also because of Rachel and he didn't know how to go on
