Is the Xbox Series S already a failure?

I still think Microsoft is currently working on a Series X digital edition which will probably come out next year. I don’t think they’ll drop the Series S, so we’ll have three skus of Xbox series

The S runs at 1080-/30, the x and ps5 run at 1080/60 for performance mode, theres no quality/performance mode on the s

And theres other graphical scaling involved also

1080p/60? Sounds weak. This what y’all been hyping?
And digital foundry said the performance mode on the ps5/XSX isn’t worth it unless u just care about combat and better played in quality mode.
And they showed the ps5 dropping into the high 40s in performance mode during combat

I have the game, the performance mode is the only way to play. The quality mode runs like shyt. I don’t know how you can NOT care about the combat, it’s not that great but its still a huge part of the game and theres a lot of shyt going on on screen.

And yeah, for a poorly optimized game I’m gonna need the system that can at least target 60fps over the system dipping into 900’s for their resolution and running on sub-30fps

Its not 1080p at 45 though, it dips into 45-50 in like intense combat scenarios, 95% of time time its a solid 60

And the on system storage is pathetic also. You’re really losing money if you buy an S over a Series x, not to mention a 400 dollar ps5
