Can a Japanese person walk into a shop right now and buy a PS5 right away? No. I Can walk into most shops round the world right now and buy a series S. That’s the difference, clown.
Right. Just checked my Target app…sure enough Series S is available for pickup.
Nobody wants a 1080p speaker…

it’s basic purpose is to get gamepass subscriptions, the price point is just a marketing bonus
All Xbox consoles are that but the issue is internally it uses similar components to the Series X. They can't keep the Series X on shelves and the Series S in some places just sits. That's an opportunity cost to them making a console that just sits on shelves when the other one sells out in this chip shortage environment. Also pretty sure that the Series S is made at a worse loss per unit.

What decade is this???

What resolution do you think THE AVERAGE PC gamer plays this game in? I'll give you a hint...

It's higher than the PlayStation version :umad:
And PC...
Microsoft Flight Simulator PC performance
Alas, if your PC only just about meets the recommended PC requirements for Microsoft Flight Simulator, you're probably not going to be able to see all that shiny detail unless you dial the resolution right down below 1920x1080. Using the components I outlined above along with my GTX 970, I struggled to get the game running smoothly even on Medium at 1920x1080
For all the different setups you get different results, all explained in grand detail here
What kind of performance to expect from Microsoft Flight Simulator's recommended PC requirements
And knowing it's half the battle

But I deal in reality, let's go there. You see, in reality you're lying again. In reality when a restock happens somebody takes a picture then clowns on the internet act like that picture is a live shot, you're talking like Xbox series S are really in stock everywhere which is hilarious. Nope, they not selling out. Next time you see one make sure you take a picture so you can attach a narrative to it.

also you couldn't buy one of ours if one was in stock because according to you, you on windows 8 still so you need a series s bruh :handshake:

shyt has less teraflops than the One X (damn MS has some stupid ass names…)

Yes, their names make no sense at all. There’s no way to tell which is the most recent console without prior research.

XBOX 360
XBOX ONE
XBOX ONE X
XBOX SERIES X

The “series” name really doesn’t make any sense to me at all. Would make more sense if they had like let’s say 3 different X consoles like XBOX X Digital, XBOX X Pro, XBOX Pro Digital, and then called all those the X Series. Series means more than one…so how can you have a Series X?

The name is just Xbox. The Series part is like the number on the iPhone or PlayStation.

It still doesn't make any sense that's why most publications call them "XBOX SERIES Consoles" to refer to both the X and the S. But let's assume it makes sense and the console is just Series and let's replace the letters with numbers...so Microsoft came out with:

XBOX Series 1
XBOX Series 3

...at the same time. That doesn't make sense. That's like Playstation 5 and 6 coming out at the same time. Now if that was Series 1X and Series 1S that would make a little bit more sense because the next release would be Series 2X and Series 2S.

those basic Best Buy laptops with the 1650 sells out like hot cakes. Most pc gamers I would figure play at 30 frames and maybe 1080p. I’m sure a lot of folks play below that.

the series S should be a good seller due to what it can do at the price many of us just Casuals anyways no need for all that power on a 250 dollar tv from Walmart.

besides how many of us got proper sound systems anyways to really take advantage of the 5.1? Most of us use them sorry tv speakers.

Seems like you just want to force a number into the official name. We don't know what the next console will be called. Now it could be the Xbox Series X and S again for all we know. Then people would just call it generation 2 or 2nd generation.

How many devices are called iPad Pro for example. At least 4 generations are all just called iPad Pro.
