I knew he wasn't shyt when he couldn't take LSU to the NCAA tournament. I can't remember anyone who was hyped like he was not even making the tournament
Don’t disrespect Odom like that . Odom in this era would be a sight to seeHe ain't a bust he basically Lamar Odom or Darius Miles in a watered down league.
For a #1 pick he a underperformed. If he drafted at like 7 then would agreeFar from a bust he has an obvious deficiency in his game though.
not as hyped but fellow #1 overall pick Markelle Fultz went 9-22 in college and didnt make the tournament too (also busted in the league of course)I knew he wasn't shyt when he couldn't take LSU to the NCAA tournament. I can't remember anyone who was hyped like he was not even making the tournament
4 #1 picks have won a title with the team that drafted them, and they needed another #1 overall pick alongside them to do it. If the expectations of a #1 pick are that high, then failure is almost guaranteed. If the title is the goal, getting the #1 pick is the kiss of death unless you have 2 of them.
That’s not what I said at all. Reread what you quotedBreh you yourself admite you can't even build a team around Ben Simmons. What else is needed to call him a bust?
Dont know how anyone thought this team was gonna make some noise . Got a Golden ticket to get to the ECF and about about to lose it . Doc ain’t it. Simmons ain’t it . Sixers ain’t it .They're not a team built to engage in offensive shootouts, not just because of Ben, but also because the rest of the the team shrinks in big moments.
Maxey: played 1 minute (that's on doc)
MIlton: 1-5
Korkmaz: 2-7
Hill: 1-5
Tobias Harris (the highest paid player on the team): 2-11.
They have a bigger issue of not getting it done in big spots. They guys who usually aren't offensive liabilities on that team become such. That hurts them more.
If he had an offensive game, what would be his flaw?Put down the pipe
