I lived in Alaska and been to Anchorage many times.

Most of the nikkas in Alaska are from California and Washington. They bring their ways there.

I lived in Anchorage for a minute, they in Fairview which is just a regular middle class neighborhood. They look like a bunch of squares who don't ever really get anything done other than walk around. They just copying the mannerisms of hood nikkas

The "worst hood" is an area called Mountain View and it's not dangerous either just a bit more petty crime and poverty

Alaska has one of the higher crime rates in the country plus high rates of suicide/depression. Drug use high. The harsh weather and long dark days are high contributors to this.
