Keep in mind Manchin wanted a $4T bill back in January. 
They should let him. At least then they’d be able to blame him for their inability to work the system without it being about the Dems.

Hell, I'll give you police reform because that's a hot button issue that leaves them open politically, no matter what they did. But there is zero excuse on voting rights since doing nothing about it screws them out of power.
