For me, it means your in tune with your spirituality but you don't adhere to any religion but everyone sees spirituality differently. I see it more as enlightenment, self-awareness, opening your third eye, meditating, things like that which don't necessarily belong to any one religion.
this is a good answer :salute:

That you believe in a higher power but don't conform to any religion or don't believe in all the rules* and lifestyle changes that come with organized religion.

What you believe doesn't matter if you can't prove it.

You can believe in midichlorians and big foot.

I could not care less.

...but don't expect me to defend the flaws in your arguments for you...especially when you substitute what you claim to believe instead of just saying "I don't know"

Yet you CLAIM TO BELIEVE IT...and when pressed, you're forced to admit that you really don't have any means of even supporting that argument.

Purpose? What do you mean "purpose?"

And if I can't explain where everything came from, DOES THAT MEAN it was a deity?

The answer to things you don't know is: "I don't know"...not "well i believe XYZ..."

Thats the problem.

You all are clearly turned off from the bullshyt of religion for the most part since it doesn't make any sense, but you can't get over the flaws in believing things you can't even support.

You want this to be true.

Thats nice.

Except it doesn't mean that its REMOTELY true.
If its a religious discussion, then we talk about religion.

I'm saying that I don't care what you claim to believe though.

Do i think you're stupid for believing.

Ab-so-fukking-lutely.

Do I want to make it illegal for you to be irrational? Nope.

Damn straight with no damns given.

I'm starting to think I'm one of the few. But thank you.

I'm not trying to "sway" people.

I'm pressing them on the shyt they CLAIM to believe.

Being religious is voluntary. If you can't defend it, its not my job to do that for you.

"Get mad about discussing the thread topic brehs" :blessed:

since you know everything... what should people do then?

At the beginning of mean streets
Don't be honest to me.

Be honest with yourself.

I'm not asking you to become anything, I'm asking what you're believing and why.

Honestly I don't believe in anything, would I like an after life to meet my loved ones I lost (especially my father)? Hell yes. But I don't believe in it, at all. I don't believe in god, deities, religion, and I barely even harbor any type of spirituality. If it's one way of life I'd follow it would be buddhism, but even then I have a problem with rebirth.

So now people are spiritual simply because they don't want to be criticised for being part of a religion? I've heard it all now. :dahell: :snoop:

Yup...they want to be religious but can't because they are living a hell-bound life. So they call themselves "spiritual" to help relive that guilt

Spirituality is tapping into the energy of nature and that which is. It looks at the essences of life, the parts and the whole, and brings order and understanding to them. It is acknowledging underlying principles and living by them.

:comeon: Another know-it-all, just on the flip side of the coin. Great. A lot of "hell bound" folk are actually doing just fine.

That seems to be what I'm reading all over this thread.

Sounds a lot like religion, just with a comfy and reassuring new name much like real estate agents making up new names for neighborhoods that are being gentrified.
