It's a destructive habit, and esp as u get older, it's so much time energy and focus being spent on something that's really pointless.

It might NOT be all that but if it was worse than the alternative he wouldn't be doing it. The way I read his post, is that he's not even lonely, he just fears ending up that way. But by his own volition that appears to be his preference, as he clearly has no problem finding sex OR women willing to be in a relationship, its just that he gets bored.

And if boredom is really your breaking point, then I got bad news for you if you think the opposite side is better, or remotely similar. Boredom is the like the default experience for someone who struggles with sex. If anything boredom is mercy compared to the pits of depression and suicide over feeling inadequate.

I do however understand how the overconsumption of it, can leave you feeling empty after a while, when you compare your lifes accomplishments to people who have been working and building lasting acheivements. Nothing is free and the opportunity cost of chasing p*ssy for so long comes with a lack of growth. I get that part. But loneliness, I don't think brehs really feeling that yet. That's what I'm sayin. Getting bored with something is not a serious problem, it just means you got to cut down on it and move on to something else. So I was actually thinking about this earlier today, one of the reasons why OP may have been so successful, is because he can tolerate going through the same motions over and over. For example, when I know I got a chick. I pretty much hit every chick with the same lines, the same tactics, and it works. Through the year's I systematically developed what to say, how to say it, what to do, and how I do it.

For example I always make sure to wear a shirt that shows off my muscles, then If she's comfortable with me touching / hugging her I find some way to show my dominance, like picking her up while hugging her, or pushing her firmly against my body, so that she feels how rock hard or in shape I'm in.
