Ok my bad, I read it wrong. Your original post had some "rushed" spelling mistakes so I thought you meant at the planning meeting they were catering with nathans, chick and dippin dots.

it wasn't that bad really but i didn't do much lifting during i stuck with cardio mostly

when you drink a fruit mixture you would get sugar crash thou

lets say you had one with two oranges mixed in you get a sugar rush and feel great than you crash and feel lazy as fukk

some of the green drinks were pretty hard to put down

Cabbage juice is pretty bad but it makes you feel full

I don't think I could personally do it for 30 days. I tend to stick to green smoothies anyway. I need that fiber to keep me full and sane. Otherwise, at the slightest smell of food I'd have to go

I've been debating throwing a couple of green juices in to my daily diet just to help prevent cravings and keep me going in between meals. Might give a few of these a go.

May sound weird, but add some protein powder to it. Unflavored or vanilla is always a good look.

One thing I've noticed is this forum and the misc is the perfect example of why our country has an obesity problem. :skip: Most of the concerns weren't about health but vanity and physique issues. 6"1 and 255 pounds? :huhldup:

Even at 205 he is carrying around extra weight.

Breh should ideally be between 175-190 for optimal health. Talking about sustainability? :heh: As if you are going to be sustaining a weight lifting program well into your 40's and 50's. All you dudes end up :flabbynsick: downing protein shakes and all that other nonsense. Shyt is poison.
