Day 1: Strawberry-Pineapple-Mint Juice
1/2 large pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
1 cup strawberries
1 pear
30 mint leaves

Day 2: Minty Berry Juice
2 cups blueberries
2 kiwifruits
16 strawberries
2 cups packed mint leaves

Day 3: Blackberry-Kiwi Juice
1/4 large pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
1 cup blackberries
1 kiwifruit
1 pear

1 cup pomegranate seeds
2 cups blueberries

So you only drink juice once a day or is what you posted your meal for the whole day?

I'd make three a day


Again this is old and not the best way to go about it

Much less fruit should be used and you don't gotta do anything crazy like I did you can do a two day detox and clean the body then add at least one juice a day

But skip the fruit and use green veggies

Much less fruit should be used and you don't gotta do anything crazy like I did you can do a two day detox and clean the body then add at least one juice a day

But skip the fruit and use green veggies

I think I'd be starving with just 3 smoothies...might have to do 5 a day
